It is mentioned somewhere hidden on their website. I have seen it somewhere once.

I have learned first hand what Brussels policy is. They will let you rebook without the rebooking fee. You will just have to pay the fare difference, if there is any. In other words I saved the 60 EUR rebooking fee.
