Not so sure the budget is enough to do a really good job on public areas, guest rooms and suites which all are in dire need of a makeover
And their advertising which claims contemporary luxury hotel in the French Quarter is inaccurate as it is misleading
Most I know that have stayed there who like it or don't complain about the walk to the French Quarter
It isn't even close to claim two blocks to the French Quarter unless you are referring to just the beginning of the FQ
Its about a half a mile to a mile from the hotel of walking to most major attractions which may be fine for some
