A couple times I got an estimate which said something like "four to six hours" (and I always got the callback within the range, never earlier than the low end of the range). One time I got an estimate which was something like "More than six hours". I think this was sometime in the afternoon and I got a call back at like 8am the next morning. This is on the Silver phone line.
