The NA club was a pretty good lounge, I didn't bother with the United club because everybody seemed to say it was terrible.
On my one visit to the NH lounge, I found it quite good, but extremely crowded. My favourite at NRT is the JL First lounge, as there has hardly ever been anyone in it when I have been there and the free massage treatments are great.
