PMNW has a really cool 747 decorated with children's artwork, IIRC to honor/publicize Unicef. DL now has the pink breast cancer awareness aircraft as well as at least one international longhaul plane in SkyTeam livery IIRC. Personally, I would prefer to avoid having to fly on the hello kitty plane that one of the Asian carriers has, especially if it also has a hello kitty interior.
