Hyatt Regency Miami, no toothpaste when I checked in. I forgot mine so I dropped by CVS and bought some along withthe other things I forgot. Did not think to ask at the front desk for toothpaste after all the discussion here. The next day, I came into my room after the maid service, and lo and behold, toothpaste!

Truly random, IMHO.
