I am obviously not familiar with male office attire in the US anymore, but most of the linked items to me just do not look very nice at all.
Then again, I know that the very stylish man in my life would be called things such as girly by some posters. (I keep my red and my deep purple satchels for myself, but London Tan and several other colours are gender neutral)
I strongly prefer the satchels I posted over any of the other items, but realise that this is one area where there may be a huge cultural divide.
