With the number of agents who spew rubbish now, we'd better fasten our seatbelts as the merger causes further changes in rules, etc.
I sincerely hope Mr. Parker believes training is a critical component in the transition.

No matter how much training is assigned, though, another factor is whether or not the agents actually care enough to learn the material.
