I was helping a friend set up a new MP account for United yesterday. I found out that she flew United to ICN last summer. Does anyone know the maximum number of days for a new account to apply retroactive credit for United flights? I called MP and they told me 6 months was the maximum amount of time (so the flight last summer is not eligible for retroactive credit). Is this right or should I try again and call back?
