The funny thing is I actually intend to keep this card long-term and switch from Chase to Citi since my travel has moved from UA to AA but if they try and pull some semantic crap on me that'll be the end of that idea. Brilliant idea from a long-term CSR perspective, I'm definitely the type of young customer you want to guarantee never comes back to your bank over a $200 statement credit
