Some good news. I just re-checked the flight and the price dropped by $400. So i called Ultimate Rewards and they refunded the money and points and i was able to rebook. Still a W fare, but now it was an ALL POINTS transaction instead of points/cash. Ticket still shows BULK. O well, at least it was "free".
