ROFLOL Be nice, sometimes, marriage can be easy. Just marry a double (or triple) Diamond Medallion. You'll only see your spouse 10-12 days a year. Problem solved!

Back on topic, the email solution should work fine. This is similar to providing documents to register your foreign address (for exemption from MQDs etc.). Usually, Delta responds; and takes care of it within 2-4 days. (just make sure you provide everything they request, in the initial email, to make things go smoothly)
