So I am trying to change my wifes skymiles account to reflect her new last name by marriage.
When I called they wanted me to FAX marriage certificate..however we dont have fax machines at home or at our work. Who faxes anymore??
I asked them if I could just scan/email the docs and they said "yes!"..and told me to go the the website and use the comment/complaint section..
But of course there is no function to attach documents!
Calling back, they said to email and then wait for a response, then reply back and attach docs that way.
Why does Delta have to be so difficult on name change and push for faxes?
Also I need to buy tickets now for my wife...if I buy tickets using her old name, can I just tell them to update all those reservations with her new name or will that cause big problems if I have already purchased them??
