Had no problems doing this survey late yesterday afternoon. Dealt with AeroGold Business card program, and seemed to be as much a marketing device as a legitimate survey. By the time one completes it, you know pretty much all the features currently offered by the card. And at least three times, one is solicited to get more details, and I suspect, sign up for such a card if running a small business.
Questionable ethics on this one, from a scientific research point of view.
A couple of questions deal with added benefits, including lounge access, upgrades, etc. All of which I responded with "no" or similar negative words. This appears yet another way Aeroplan seems to be watering down the main program and offering benefits previously earned through flying and gaining elite status to high-chargers. Means real fliers will have harder time getting benefits -- upgrades and awards -- and MLLs will get more crowded.
