BA's approach to loos has always seemed to be to go for whatever is cheapest on offer. I've never quite understood it myself, the business class loo on AA 77W is palatial compered to anything on BA metal. I appreciate that not every carrier can go quite as crazy as Emirates but you would have thought they would have made a little effort.
