Do you mean SFO-LAX-TPE so that the TPAC BR flight is LAX-TPE rather than SFO-TPE? Or are you saying that BR uses married segment availability for award tickets so that the OP should fly or drive to LA in order to start there with a flight to SFO to connect to the BR flights he/she wants?
