No, it's a retail/office area. The bus will drop you at the corner of Coleman and Newhall (literally the first stop after you board at the airport, less than 5 minutes away) and you just walk down Newhall Drive. After you pass the Chipotle turn left. You will see a big Lowe's and the In-N-Out is right next to it.
