Thanks everyone! Looks like Flora gets glowing reviews. I may need to reconsider... Many previous reviews seem to be comparing Flora and Courtyard though since Boscolo properties were added fairly recently. Boscolo Palace seems like 2-3 blocks away from Flora and Boscolo Exedra seems even more closer to the central station, which I am not sure is a good thing or bad thing.
