CX - earning Asia Miles on overseas (US) credit cards
I wanted to know how Asia miles is and if there is any CC that gives super good rewards for overseas travelers.

CX is the best for flying in and out of HKG, wondering if there is any suggestion for foreign credit cards here in the USA to get Asia Miles. Is there also any CC's that give you points to upgrade your status in CX?
