Really? What you "heard" makes no sense whatsoever (you're not in Oakville are you?). A mainline flight to Hawaii that continues to Australia makes no sense - the CEO has himself stated that Australia flights only have a chance of working financially if direct.

It is far more likely that HNL will go Rogue as soon as they have enough 767s converted to sardine lay-out.
