I did a quick search and found nothing obvious - but apologies in advance if there is another thread already covering this...

I am flying LHR->ORD at the end of the month. Originally booked WTP, and then spotted a £300 POUG to CW, which I decided to go for (mainly for the TP, as I'm silver already, and WTP is more than enough comfort for me for an 8 hour flight).

Now, when I go into Manage My Booking, I am actually shown the option to upgrade to First - except that it gives me an error whenever I try.

So I'm just curious - is this just a bug (that will never allow me to proceed to an upgrade flow), or should I keep an eye on it? (I know, I don't *need* to travel First, but if it's a good deal - why not? )
