Since you say the bags came out first, are you thinking that this special tag is, perhaps only for DMs? Maybe PMs? Would be interesting!
That said, and if so, why can't they just issue us permanent pink gate tags that are studded with cubic zirconium <zirconias*> to stand out for the baggage handlerz?
* I tried to flind the correct plural for for CZ, and I found websites citing both of the above spellingz!
