Unfortunately the info provided is insufficient to answer. One would need to know the award region for A,B & C and the length of the connection at C.
When flying to a more expensive region to get to a cheaper region, the more expensive mileage may apply. So routing in addition to destination matters. Also so routings may not be allowed and therefore may force 2 separate awards.
