Domestic service calls can route randomly to different call centers in the continental USA (Salt Lake City, Minnesota, and others) and Jamaica.
Lately, I've been getting just Salt Lake City, but I have not noticed any one call center to be better or worse than the others.
I don't think that there is a single "Diamond Line" call center.
