I'm visiting New York this summer and I've been looking at some Airbnb accommodations in this area. I found one place situated on Lexington Avenue between 96th and 103rd street. I'm wondering if this is a safe area?

I'm a first time visitor, arriving fairly late at mighnight. Flight lands at 9.55pm, so I expect to be in town at earliest midnight.
