it is the first time I am trying to book with SQ. I am looking at AMS-AKL-AMS early next year, and I found a very interesting fare in Economy (W) that is quoted as "Flexi Saver" with free changes and refundable against a fee. I tried to read the fare rules on SQ's website but they don't show up (they seem to be having trouble with it), so I checked on expertflyer and I get this:

Can anyone confirm that:
- The ticket can be changed before departure for no extra charge (probably against fare difference, but that's OK)?
- The ticket can be cancelled and refunded for a 100USD fee?
