Received my Gold card last year, but never had to call BA.
Is there a dedicated call centre number for Gold card members? Or another way to reduce their wait time? I did get an email about two weeks ago stating that they have extended working hours, but I don't think they mentioned the number there.
If there's a number, where can I find it? Didn't keep my welcome letter.
PM with the number would be appreciated. No danger of abuse, they'd hang up on me if I'm not Gold ;-)
