I'm surprised at the vitriol the OP copped from a couple of posters . Interesting points have been raised. True , CX should be much better at being proactive about such events by now especially with regards angry customers. I once saw a delayed passenger smash the sweet jar that was on the counter in the lounge , nothing was done about it .
