I doubt that in the event of an emergency landing in Iran that the Iranian authorities as whole would be anything but reasonably hospitable and fair to all passengers. These people pride themselves greatly on being historically hospitable to those travelers in need regardless of background. And then they'd come back and say "see, I told you so".
So, in a real world scenario, you would feel perfectly comfortable being on an a/c making an unscheduled m/x landing in Iran as an Israeli passport holder, or would you sit there quietly in order to avoid being noticed by Iranian officials and hoping what you wrote above would be true if they caught on you're Israeli?
