I use it for long term parking. You car will be located near the pay terminals. Yes like someone has noted they lose your car sometimes and it takes them 20 minutes to bring it from the other lot. Overall I have used it 20 times and only once they has trouble.

To be honest it is hard to tip, you more pull your car into a line of already waiting cars and just leave it (after getting the ticket). They have people moving the cars to another lot. It is Free if you pay with your Plat AMEX card.
