Are you sure? When I checked in to see where I was on the upgrade list the person said that I would second because I was trumped by a MM (her words not mine).
I do YOW-YVR-YOW weekly and a buddy of mine is MM and he is always above me in priority due to his MM status, according to my friend who also works as a YOW GA.
