I flew that date (or a day around it) on UA from LHR. The flight was packed to JFK.

Several times this year on DL and AA flights outs of LHR, the economy class cabin on my flights had 50-85 passengers and was more empty space than anything. It may have been even a lower economy class passenger count than that. I suspect two of them may have had less than 50 passengers total as even the forward section was a ghost town.
