There are Iranian citizens with relatives in Israel. Some of them even travel repeatedly between Iran and Israel -- via Turkey has been the most common in recent years if using common carrier scheduled commercial air service.

I doubt that in the event of an emergency landing in Iran that the Iranian authorities as whole would be anything but reasonably hospitable and fair to all passengers. These people pride themselves greatly on being historically hospitable to those travelers in need regardless of background. And then they'd come back and say "see, I told you so".
