For a transatlantic flight:
Extra bag: $200
Overweight bag: $150
Oversize bag: $300
Oversize/overweight bag: $450
Extra bag that is overweight and oversize: $650

What airlines have higher fees that this?

DL's been way worse, depending on how many and what kind of bags you had.

Now, it's a bit cheaper.
