credit card for Lufthansa

Hi, I am new to this forum. I mainly post on a couple credit card forums, but was referred to this one as you may be more knowledgeable. I'll try to keep it short.

Who:
-I fly to Sofia, Bulgaria via Lufthansa mainly, once per 1-2 years
-I moved from CA to Rock Hill, SC and my main airport now is Charlotte, NC
-I fly domestic 2-3 times a year. The hub here is US Airways.

Need:
-credit card with travel rewards (Miles and More preferably)

Problem:
-US Airways merged with American Airlines and left Star Alliance
-AA is with Oneworld
-Oneworld hub is in Raleigh from what I understand
-British Airways doesn't fly to Sofia
-Prices are $250+ more roundtrip

Cards:
-Chase Sapphire (the one I focused) doesn't transfer points to Lufthansa
-AMEX PRG is 3x but only on flights booked through them. The price is the same, however, so cheaper than Oneworld and SkyTeam flights
-Don't know of any cards other than Barclay's that do Miles and More

I have a high util at the moment (60%) and high 600s which I am working on paying off (my cards are low limit hence the util). I want to get a travel card by the end of the year. The card is not the problem, but I cannot combine it with Miles and More. On top of that, I will no longer get miles for US Airways.

Question:
- What credit card(s) do you recommend for Lufthansa and Miles and More?
- Should I just scrape Miles and More and focus on a credit card with it's own reward system? (United is a good one since it's StarAlliance and 2x miles.)

I don't think I travel that much to consider Miles and More at all, but the US Airways merger will deprive me of points for my domestic travel and Oneworld is no good for me for intl. travel to Sofia.

I will also probably not qualify for the Barclay's Miles and More card as they are very strict on inquiries (I have over 10 in last year) and util. I am still looking for 1 credit card to get with a focus on travel/miles. If I can combine/transfer to Miles and More -- even better.
