Which airline has the highest excess baggage fees?
Which airline has the highest excess baggage fees for a transatlantic flight? Worst case, economy class, no millage benefits. The worst I found so far is Lufthansa.

For a transatlantic flight:
Extra bag: $200
Overweight bag: $150
Oversize bag: $300
Oversize/overweight bag: $450
Extra bag that is overweight and oversize: $650

What airlines have higher fees that this?
