There are actually a few different companies that offer this service, and if you're in a hotel usually the front desk has already chosen one of these companies as their provider, so that's generally the way to go rather than choosing your own. (Mostly as a matter of convenience, as the hotel will already have the necessary forms on hand, etc.)
