Beijing is BY FAR the easiest Chinese city to navigate.
Second easiest is probably Nanjing (also one main road on the x axis, not as easy as Beijing, but still fairly easy)
Xi'an doesn't count (really small inner city) - also very easy..
By far the worst to navigate for me is Guangzhou.. it's not a city, its damn Venice on steroids.. very strong ones
Heh, but Chongqing can challenge even the experts. Not only do you go in circles but you do it while going up and down hills and through tunnels.
