Longest trancon nonstop that's not listed above would be YYT/YEG booked under one flight number (even though it stops in YUL).

If you're upgraded to C class on a domestic flight, you'll get 125% miles. So a one way YYT/YEG in 'C' will get you 3300 Q miles.
