United used to offer it as well as I recall (back until the early 2000s) but I may be confusing UAL with another airline.
VX is now offering Humphry Slocum Ice Cream, very good.

I know UA has no intention of copying DL in this aspect even before I started the thread - it quite obviously does not fit the current focus of management and the cost cutting.
