I believe one Joker has to be used for each booking.

At 6,000 TPs, you do not get a GUF. It is one additional Joker. GUFs are 2500 and 3500 TPs.

You get two Jokers upon reaching GGL so what you will need to do is to book two with one Joker and apply one GUF2 to it, and then book the other two as a straight redemption with the other Joker if you do not have enough GUFs to cover 4 people.

So what you need should be 500,000 Avios if 2 are on GUFs and 2 are on standard redemption.

Remember that you will need A class availability for 4, and that if another GGL has exercised a Joker for more than one seat, you won't be able to get 4 seats on Joker (I think the limit is 5 Joker releases on a flight or a cabin - I cannot remember).
