I travel with South Asians quite often, including in business and first class. LH employees being racist in their actions toward passengers leaving Germany is so very rare that I've never heard that complaint about LH. If anything, I have heard South Asians complain more commonly that South Asian carriers discriminate against South Asians and discriminate in favor of those with ethnic European backgrounds when flying the likes of Indian-based carriers.
Passengers late for a flight and dealing with unhelpful lounge attendants is not a racism problem, it's a passenger problem; and it's a sign of lounge attendant indifference since the situation is too common for them to do much about it all of the time.
