I've received a number of comps for alcohol, even when willing to present drink coupons on delayed flights. Heck, even just being a "human being" to the FAs and talking with them in the galley after a long delay has resulted in free drinks unexpectedly. This is the ONE thing (besides change fees and peanuts) that makes me consider WN. I've shifted most of my flying to AA lately, but this sort of human, personable approach is the reason why WN attracted my business in the first place and why I will consider returning.
