As a long term WN investor, I am confident that your discovery will lead to changes which will materially impact eps and the stock price. I suspect Gary Kelly will call you to thank you personally. Wow, I am impressed. Next we might find out that employees sometimes get to board early to snag good seats, or on other carriers they might get upgraded to a higher class of service before paying customers.
