My husband and I rented a one-way here back in 2012 instead of the airport bc of the ridiculous price tag there. We just took a cab to the place, but Uber might be a cheaper option. I didn't know about that service a couple years ago or if it even existed then, haha. Anywho, it's a really small location, but they were quick. We booked a class C and got a class C (brand new Chrysler 200 w/10 miles on it!) w/unlimited miles for our trip down the coast so I don't know about the upgrade situation, sorry!
