I have a STACK of free drink coupons and they're only taken about half the time I try to redeem one. I've gotten "keep it," "no thanks," and my favorite "I'll come back for that" when I tried unsuccessfully three times to give him the coupon. I don't know what's going on, but I'm not complaining!
