I'm having exactly the same trouble, never had the bonus avios post automatically either and whenever I call no one really understands what it is. It takes 3 or 4 phone calls every time and in fact I am still waiting on one of the 10k bonuses from a bookings last June!! I have 3 more holiday bookings coming up this year and I am dreading having to chase up the bonus (in addition and separately to chasing the TP and Avios from my UUAs)
