If you PM me, I have the email address of a BA Holidays agent that has been very helpful. I just don't want to publish her email address on the internet.

She got my bonus Avios for a holiday in January credited within the promised timescale (10 days) and last week I emailed her to ask her credit me with Avios from another holiday.
