In my experience, BA Holidays are absolutely, totally, utterly rubbish at awarding bonus Avios. They have not posted for me for even a single one out of 10+ transactions in the last 6 months. It feels like they just do nothing and hope for people to go away.

Some people have reported success calling in and asking for them to be awarded, I've done that (and also used the BAEC webform) many times and always get fobbed off and told to print and mail in the "non-flight partner transaction" form. At the moment I'm missing >10k Avios from BA holidays, so I did bother writing in for a change. Yet to hear (or receive) anything.
