Morning all

I wonder if anyone has recently been having repeated issues with BA Holidays not posting the correct number of Avios to their accounts? As you know, these days we're supposed to get 2 Avios for every £ spent but...

I just seem to get the old deal - the 1,000 for Euro Traveller bookings. Based on my last holiday booking, I should've have more than 3,000.

Sadly, I've never yet had the correct Avios applied to my account for a BA Holiday. I have to ring up every time and go through the tedious process of explaining. The BAEC people I speak to generally don't know it's 2 for 1 on holidays, and then they have to pass it all off to BA Holidays. And then nothing happens!

Despite calls and requests, I still haven't had Avios posted correctly for my last BA Holiday and I'm rather dreading the fact that I'm going to have to go through all this again with my next trip to Morocco.

Not sure what to do next other than lodge an official complaint. I'm just wondering whether it's a more widespread problem?
